  Where are you having lunch or dinner this Wed"  If you answered Midtown Sundires… thats a great choice!  I had lunch at the one on 51 last Wed, and was pleasantly suprised that every Wed. is HALF PRICE FAJITA DAY!

  I’m talking about the full service kind.. where the meat, peppers, and onions come out sizzling on a skillet. You get a cold plate of lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. And of course you get 4 warm flour tortilla shells. That is a ton of quality food! I know most restaurants charge around 12-16$ for this type of meal. Last Wed. I got the Steak and Chicken combo fajita (the most expensive one) and a sweet iced tea.. and my bill came out to be $8.23. That is a good deal!

  Midtown has various locations around Charlotte, and are known for it’s “neighborhood grille” type atomsphere. They have billiards, darts, and video games such as Golden Tee, and the new bowling one that’s so addictive! (sorry, don’t remember the name) They have a full service bar, and on the evenings have everything from Live Music to the Pub Poker tournament. It just depends which night of the week it is.

  As I eat out quite a bit.. I will report more newsworthy deals like this that I find.
