  Join Chima Brazilian Steakhouse for a special Scotch dinner hosted by Heather Greene, a singer-songwriter and brand ambassador for Glenfiddich, a Scotch whisky made by William Grant & Sons.

  Tuesday, September 8th at 6:30pm

  First Course

  Chima Salad Bar paired with Glenfiddich 12 Year Scotch

  Second Course

  Filet wrapped with Bacon, Chicken wrapped with Bacon, and Parmesan Pork, paired with Glenfiddich 15 Year Scotch

  Third Course

  Top Sirloin and Leg of Lamb, paired with Glenfiddich 18 Year Scotch

  Fourth Course

  Beef Ribs, Flank Steak, and Ribeye, paired with Glenfiddich 21 Year Scotch

  Fifth Course

  Walnut Cream dessert with Seasonal Fruit, paired with Balvenie 12 Year Old Double Wood
