The one and only D Braun Promotions usually has pretty impressive events with wild decor and extraordinary ‘extras’, but he has out done himself this time.
Last Saturday, Oct. 3rd, D Braun Promotions brought DJ Ronnie G to MEZ for The Premier. This is not the first time Ronnie G has been in Charlotte but it is the first time Charlotte has seen a movie theater be turned into a dance club.

Derek Braun is known for putting on events that are out of the ordinary and pushes the boundaries on event productions in Charlotte. This event was no exception as he took one of EpiCentre Theater’s movie theater rooms and turned it into a video DJ nightclub!

Two-time Club World Award Winner and 2008 nominee for “America’s Best DJ,” ROONIE G controls the DJ booth with laser like precision and an unwavering focus. Where traditional DJs are locked into spinning solely audio, ROONIE delves into another dimension by mixing his own creative blend of audio and visual content – content that encompasses popular music videos, iconic film footage, custom graphics, and comedy shorts, delivering multi sensory stimulation.

DJing for over 25 years really paid off in Charlotte with a crazy event at Mez.
