  Dr. King started this infamous Halloween party 9 years ago to inspire ultimate free expression and utter Halloween freakiness. The party has steadily outgrown from his JI home to the jungle of John's Island and then to the old Berle factory. This year promises to be bigger and better than ever before with smooth, short lines to get in, easy ticket purchasing, amazing music and even crazier freak shows. 21 and over
